My Mum is a nurse and she certainly doesn't go to work dressed in clothes like that. Thankfully.

I hope it is more ER than Visiting Hours! Actually, I'm hoping for a bit of Garth Marenghi's Darkplace. aww yeah! finally someone else who loves Darkplace besides me. thanks to the great Chenny, I now own the series on DVD. if you want a copy just holler. I don't mind, hell anything for a fellow Darkplace fan. the special features are hilarious. Dean Learner, Garth and Lucien are great in the special features/featurettes.

I was just kidding about the DLA thing, guys. I haven't committed benefit fraud in years.
I originally trained as an architect. Then, in the Korean War, I was a con-chee-en-chous objecta'. I lived in New York with my family for a while until...something happened. Went to LA, but left there too after my taco maid was raped by bit-actors and my daughter jumped through a window onto a big spike and corn syrup flew out her mouth. I found myself in New York for the first time in years, and a whole lot of shit happened that I can't really go into. I then moved to LA again (I have a middle ear disturbance and can only move latitudinally) where I did a wee bit of the architecture shit and kept guns behind my fridge. I shot a Jap and left. After that, I can't really remember, I haven't seen that one yet.

And IT Department - if you are reading this, I respect the work you are doing, think you are interesting people and really enjoy working with all of you.
Report me, and you will never walk in this town again. I said "walk."

Next week im off work as they are sending me on an FLT course. Should be.............fun. I guess. They have week-long training courses on driving a fork lift? That's cool. At one job, they just told me to take it out back and drive around. I almost flipped it twice and OSHA would have had their ass. At my last job, the training was about 1.5 hours. We watched a lame video, took a lame test, and then drove for a few minutes.

Yeah, it should be a five day course, but doing it in 4 seeing as its Easter.
I think I could get an in-house liscence in a couple of days, but this liscence will allow me to drive a FLT anywhere. Which is nice, seeing as there are places that are paying upwards of £12 an hour to drive...

Your fork-lift truck training will be useful for indulging in a little bit of Matrix-style "shopping"... ;D

I suppose to get licensed and be able to drive anywhere would take more time over here as well. The shit I did was just to drive 1 specific forklift and just at the place I worked. They do pay damn good money for specialized operators.
