The Shepherd: Border Patrol
certainly one of Jean-Claude Van Damme's best in a LONG time (since Wake of Death and In Hell), which features a healthy dose of ass kicking and excellent shootouts. The villain is nothing spectacular and indeed forgettible after a passage of time, but it's just an excellent action flick that makes you stand on your feet and cheer (at least it did for me).

Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth Weaker than the first two films but still a pretty decent movie. The Cenobite that shoots CDs is ridiculous.

Billy Bathgate (1991) , on Sky movies last night
Its about this young boy who lives in the bronx in new york in the 1930's and gets a job as a sort of gother for a top mob boss. It stars Dustin Hoffman, Steve Buscemi, Nicole Kidman, Bruce Willis, quite a good film.

Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth Weaker than the first two films but still a pretty decent movie. That one has my favorite scene in the whole series, where Pinhead walks into the church and pulls a little stigmata. www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHx5Grx_HYgLast night I watched Until Death

The priest was played by the guy that played the escalator zombie with the white sweater in the original Dawn of the Dead. I knew he looked familiar.

Kindergarten Cop Starring Richard Tyson, Thomas Rosales Jr., & I think...Branscombe Richmond. One of the main highlights of the movie is Richard Tyson's hair. I looked up that Branscombe Richmond was credited as stunts. Got this picture from branscomberichmond.comIf people don't know who he was, that would definitely be one confusing domain name.

I just got back from seeing Doomsday. I had not seen a preview or heard anything about it so I did not know what to expect or even what it was about but I thought it was pretty good. I must admit that my favorite part was seeing the panoramic shots of the Scottish countryside, it was beautiful. There was a lot of awesome deaths and gore aplenty. Not sure if it was worth the $8.50 I spent to see it, I'd recommend waiting for it to go to a cheaper cinema or renting it.
