There was a RoboCop vs. The Terminator comic book series that ended with a huge battle between the Terminators and RoboCop. RoboCop used Skynet's own Terminator making facility to create an army of RoboCops and take them into war against the Terminators. RoboCop won. That is so awesome.

I am going to go with robocop based on mclanes answer. He is really tough and breaks everything he falls onto. We are assuming this is a gladiator match and Robocop is aware he will be fighting a terminator. He found ways to beat the robocop 3 or battlemech whatever it was. Robo has the best of both worlds and a terminator is just a robot with a cyborg appearance while robo is a true cyborg. Sure if a terminator was sent back in time to terminate Robocop he would probably get the drop on him.

My vote goes to Robocop. It would be very close, but I guess I'd just like to think that Robocop would win. I mean the terminator in the first movie was cool and all, but we really got to know Murphy the man behind Robocop. The terminator in the first movie is just a machine that only knows how to kill. Sure, he does kill quite well, but if the human Sarah Connor could beat him I'd like to think Robocop could beat him. Surely the human side of him would also provide an advantage. Being a machine is great, but having both human and machine qualities would seem to me to be the best.
Also, I have to say while I loved the game Robocop Vs. Terminator (man that game was awesomely gorey!) I have to say I didn't really like the comic book by Frank Miller. I didn't like the fact that the Terminators at the last second would always go back in time just before they were all wiped out so that the whole battle would have to start all over again. It was just too unfair and kind of frustrating to read. Plus you knew eventually Robocop had to win because the Robocops were the good guys in the comic. I would have preferred a more personal one on one Robocop vs. Terminator battle where the Terminator is actually trying to kill someone and the Robocop is trying to protect the target. They could have even had multiple terminators trying to kill multiple targets or something, but the impersonal battles in this weren't as exciting to me. I'd like to see them try it again or have a movie about it, but I doubt that would ever happen. Maybe they can make another game. That would be sweet especially if you could be the Terminators as well this time around.
