My current choice of flavors when it comes to beer: Weltenburger Asam Bock This german beer is fantastic, especially in the winter. A bit expensive here in Finland, but worth every penny! Rum is another favorite of mine, and this 12 yo jamaican is very good. In a matter of fact I'm drinking it while writing this

Some nice choices there. Does anyone else fucking hate Foster`s here? I went to a pub the other day, got a pint of it and it was so vile I didn`t even drink half of it. Yuck. Foster`s =

My friends found me passed out in front of a cash machine last night, which is quite a nice metaphore for my life in general.

I agree that most American beers are a complete failure as sufficient libation. It is often embarrassing watching so many fellow Americans pound that watered shit down for hours at events. We do have one large brewery that produces a good beer, and it's the oldest brewery in the U.S.: Yuengling. If you ever see it in your dealings across the pond, give it a shot. When not drinking Yuengling, I can be caught in a gutter next to dead prostitutes with an empty bottle of Maker's Mark bourbon in my hand. Bourbon is my favorite hard drink not only because it tastes good, but because it makes me almost as belligerent as Bennett during the fight scene with Matrix. In fact, I think Bennett drank bourbon because I know that I can pull off awkward high kicks with deadly precision whilst shrieking. I do appreciate alcohol. I require a certain amount of it every night so I can sleep, which ultimately helps me not lose my job, etc.

Turning into bit of a whisky man these days. Bought this bottle of 10 year old single malt from the distillery itself on the Isle of Arran. Worth the hike to get there.
