Fuck the bonus! When one of the world's most feared terrorist leaders Malak Al Rahim (Gene Simmons) sets of an bomb in L.A. and takes the lives of hundreds of people, the CIA has no other choice than to bring in the only man who Malak is truly afraid of.
Nick Randall (Rutger Hauer) a former CIA agent who now lives as a professional bounty hunter and has his own personal reasons for wanting to get even with the the brutal terrorist.
Along with an small arsenal of weapons, Randall sets off to track down his old enemy before he can do any more damage. One of best films Rutger did in the 80's. Its a great midnight flick to watch, and Gene Simmons in the role of Malak Al Rahim is pure evil.

Finally watched this one a while back and loved it! Not quite as good as Blind Fury, in my opinion, but still a solid action flick for Hauer.

Did you catch the title they played while Malak planted the bomb?
The scene where he touches a little girl going in to the theatre, that gave me the creeps. Gene Simmons should have been praised much more for his evil role as Malak Al Rahim.
I saw Simmons in the Tom Selleck sci-fi film Runaway (1984) where is also plays the villain, but this time it felt rushed and not really menacing, much thanks to the spider-bots, but in Wanted: Dead Or Alive he does a fantastic job portraying an insane terrorist.
