did anyone else notice Tong Po's shittier than shit Thai Clinch? Quissi or whatever his name is said he had trained in Muay Thai and that's how he got the role versus being some sort of coordinator. I know... it's just a movie. it just stuck out for me. His clinch isn't the best, but he can kick cement poles until the fucking plaster falls of!! ;D doodoo, check this out: www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3xToSzZ_ngIt isn't the best clinch around but like you said,it's just a movie

Flash Point any good? It's good and entertaining flick. It was released in China back in 2007 and is getting limited release on the big screen in U.S.(In LA,San Fransisco and NY) Here's the U.S. trailer: www.youtube.com/watch?v=tn5KsxyxaDoI think you would like it. I have to say that the action really starts at the last thirty minutes of the movie so it's not balls to the wall action movie. The end fight is one of the best of all time, there's full contact hits, judo throws and a lot of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Sounds excellent! How does it compare to Fists of Fury (aka Chinese Connection) starring Bruce Lee--one of my all-time favorite martial arts flicks?

what do you use for you gifs? I found a program of Classic Windows Media Player that you are able to save an image on whatever you pause a movie on. Then, I just keep saving images frame after frame until I desire to stop. Then I used a crappy gif animator called Ulead Gif Animator 2.0. to put them all together. This one took me about 150 images. Its not too difficult after you get used to it.

I think they should release a special edition of Kickboxer and Bloodsport, i know they were small time movies back in the day but now the distributors must know that both of these films have a massive cult following and deserve a special release.
I would love to see some behind the scenes footage of Kickboxer the most as ive seen a bit of Bloodsport on youtube, who would be the best people to contact to ask for such a release?

who would be the best people to contact to ask for such a release? Since Cannon is out of business, your best bet would be to contact Columbia TriStar Home Video if you want to talk of a Bloodsport SE dvd. As for Kickboxer, try contacting Kings Road Entertainment, which IMDB can help you with if you get IMDB Pro.

Plot wise Flashpoint is pretty much your typical Hong Kong, Cops vs robbers film. It's nice to see some 80s flavor in Donnie's character. He's violent, doesn't listen to his superiors and uses excessive force. ;D How does it compare to Fists of Fury martial arts wise? Pretty fucking good! Fury has more fights(There's only two big fights in Flashpoint) but I'd say that,if you like movie fighting you won't be disappointet. The fight scenes are brutal, fast and absolutely relentless. There's also fantastic shooting scene in this movie.

Kickboxer is just pure amazing! Just for laughs, but has anyone seen Kickboxer 2? Featuring former Step by Step great Sasha Mitchell. How bad was it? Obviously the person who wrote that quote on the top of that box must have been Sasha Mitchell's mom.

I actually like Kickboxer's sequels. They're really bad & nowhere as good as the first film but still good fun anyway. I actually own the Kickboxer box set....with all 5 movies in it.

I really like Kckboxer 2 too, as it has Tong Po in it, i also have Kickboxer 3 - The Art Of War, its ok i suppose but too many guns are used for anyone to be able to call it kickboxer.
Ive yet to see the other two
