Derailed (Dir. Bob Misiorowski): A train rockets across Eastern Europe. On board are agent Kristoff (Van Damme) and Galina, a beautiful high-tech thief. Holding the passengers hostage are a band of terrorists who have come to steal the bioweapon on board. With the train off course and on a collision course for danger, Kristoff becomes a one-man army, taking on the terrorists and trying to save the lives of everyone on board.Ive got this movie on DVD, i liked it more than i thought i was going to, It also stars Jean Claude Van Damme's real son, Kristopher Van Varenberg, he plays his son in the movie. Has anyone else seen it?

I caught this movie on TV last year--what an absolute piece of crap! I expected something half-decent and got the worst Van Damme movie to date! Just completely HORRIBLE!
Bad action, bad acting, weak plot, weak deaths, and just a pointless film overall which has not point in existing. Van Damme's son co-stars and looks like a sick piece of shit goth child. Even the direction was dreadful.
Even the tagline isn't very good: "A Deadly Virus... Only One Way to Stop It." I know how to stop it: Don't watch the damn movie!

Haha! I actually liked it, especially that front flip that Van Damme does in the train. There is a commentary on the DVD, I watched it a long time ago, so I don't remember the exact quote, but it goes something like this: Van Damme: "You know, I really want to do a change in my career. I don't want to do just action movies anymore." Pause (My friend and I were like: "WTF?? No more Van Damme's action movies???") and then he says: "What I wanna do is... CHARACTER action movies." We totally lol'd then. Still, action movies or character action movies, Van Damme is the man.
