We had a thread like this on the old board, so I'm resurrecting it.
Right now I've having an extended break from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. (second replay), attempting to get to grips with IL2, desperately trying to figure a way to get Silent Hunter III to work with my bastard 8500GT, still replaying Half Life 2 thru Ep2 as it never gets old, taking the odd crack at UFO: Enemy Unknown on Dosbox, and pondering whether to get KOTOR as I've never played it before and am very interested, despite the fact that I hate RPGs as a rule.
Continue.

I was playing Star Wars Galaxies pretty aggressively from December until a few weeks ago when I let my subscription expire because the game was beginning to bore me. I think I may play again in the summer or the fall. It just depends.

Been playing Deus Ex on the PC for the first time in months. Definitely has the best soundtrack ever in a video game.

SNES for the win! I still have my one at home and wouldn't give it away for the world! I've got Street Fighter II, Mortal Kombat, Killer Instinct, Super Mario World, Lost Vikings and a host of other games.

Burnout Paradise on the 360, utter shite. Electronic Arts have totally ruined the Burnout series.
Never mind, always COD4 to fall back on.

I played The Terminator for Sega CD the other day. It's one of my all-time favourite games.
I'm currently playing through Max Payne for the PC. Max Payne is another of my all-time favourites...although the nightmare levels really piss me off.

Max Payne is another of my all-time favourites...although the nightmare levels really piss me off. Same here. I LOVE the game, but I dread the nightmares. They're more annoying than creepy. I've spent several hours wandering through those endless fucking hallways. But I love Max Payne, it's my 2nd favorite 3rd person shooter behind Stranglehold. Recently I've been playing Saints Row pretty nonstop. It's like Grand Theft Auto, but (temporarily) better. And the guns are excellent.

I've been working my way through Stranglehold and Scarface: The World is Yours, both of which are total quality.
Stranglehold is just so over the top that it's impossible not to enjoy it.
Scarface: The World is Yours, although essentially being a Grand Theft Auto clone, really captures the essence of the original movie and is great fun as well. Plenty of bullets, blood, gore and swearing.

Picked up Bully: Scholarship Edition for the 360 to keep me entertained until GTA comes out, been a good laugh so far.

I played Mario Kart : Wii, last night. It's awesome. You steer using the Wii-mote turned on it's side (and stuck in a plastic steering wheel) - it's not gimmicky at all, I found it really easy to get used to.
From what I've played so far, I might have to rank it up there with the original SNES version, which holds a very special place in my heart.
I'm away to try and buy it, but apparantly it's selling out at the moment.
