I'd say Moore. But I don't think it was his fault. The movies at that time were the 'silly Bonds' and looked for laughs way too hard. They kept him around too long as well. He was like 63 when they made A View to a Kill.

I'm not big into Bond movies that much but I've seen pretty much all of them.
Timothy Dalton is by far my favourite.
*Edit*
Oops. Read the thing wrong ie I didn't read the question at all. Dalton isn't my choice for worst Bond. I'll have to get back to you on that.

I like a few Bond films, You Only Live Twice has got to be my favorite film. Sean Connery is my favorite Bond, and Roger Moore is the worst in my opinion, I'm not a big fan of Moore in any of his other films either.

They're all great for different reasons... so hard to pick the worst.

Dalton, obviously - or Brosnan.
Roger Moore effortlessly smoothes those little ponces off a cliff with a parallel turn and a judo chop, then fucks their exes till they wear crotchless knickers at their respective funerals.
And Connery is Scottish.

Damn it, did the same thing, clicked thinking it was a poll for best Bond I like them all, I think George Lazenby is underrated, with his martial arts skills it would have been great if he did a few more, imagine him in The Man With The Golden Gun, or better yet in Diamonds are Forever, this time a proper revenge story, after the death of Tracey, instead we got a chubby Sean Connery, and a cross dressing Blofeld

I thought Timothy Dalton was the worst.

Brosnan, but mostly because his films pretty much sucked. The Rog rules and AVTAK is pure 80s class

Daniel Craig, he just isn't Bond material.

I have every Bond movie made and I can confidently say that George Lazenby sucked ass. Sean Connery may have been almost impossible to follow but come on! Sean, Roger, Timothy, Brosnan, and Daniel all showed emotions and made the role their own. George was stiff, wooden, emotionless, and had no business doing a Bond film. Roger Moore at least had fun with his character.

i have no time for all this kind of nonsense; 'connery was the best as he was the first to say 'mish monnepenner'; 'dalton was the closest to fleming (but ultimately boring);' brosnon we can all agree was a bit rubbish. its all about moore with his raised eyebrow and his deadly karate chop to the back of the head..

Damn, I misread and clicked Connery.
My least favorite is definitely George Lazenby. I love the book On Her Majesty's Secret Service, but the movie fell a little short of the book's greatness. Besides, Lazenby just wasn't that great.
Daniel Craig fits the book's Bond persona like a fingerless glove.

Favourite Bond......Got to go with Roger Moore. He was 007 when I was a kid and when that's when James Bond meant the most to me. I'm a massive Bond fan...got all the novels, movies, soundtracks etc. Worst was Lazenby....and he wasn't all that bad to be honest.

And I'm yet another person who misread the poll and chose favorite instead of worst Bond. Always liked Roger Moore. A good balance of comedy and suave. He was one cool cat, could bag the ladies AND kill the bad guys. Great stuff. I bought a copy of Live And Let Die the other night, I need to watch that one in the next day or two. (Jane Seymour was hot in that one!!)
