well SILT was really just really cheap American action squeezing in the oriental trade, courtesy of action movie god Mark L. Lester. If anything, it's a guilty pleasure at best with some damn good action scenes to watch. 'Dragons' is one step up, with the "i'm on break" guy from Road House. SILT is my favorite Dolph movie. I saw it many, many years ago when I was a young boy and it left quite the impression on me ;D

I bought this dirt cheap from a local used DVD store. One of the best expenditures of $1.99 ever. It's awesome how all the military vehicles have "666" emblazoned on them, just to remind everyone that they are the bad guys. LOL. I'll have to get this.

This is really one of my Dolph's favorites, the other being Men of War, Universal Soldier and Rocky IV.
It has some cheesy stuff like the above mentioned "666" sign on the evil army, to emphasize their "evilness". Hell, I like it.
And the movie as a whole is like a fairy tale, with guns. My favorite scene is in the first skirmish, where Dolphe gets a direct hit from an RPG. He than stands up and dusts off his clothes.
Classic.
