A Hong Kong action movie from 2007. Staring: Donnie Yen,Collin Chou and Louis Koo. I'm too lazy to write about the plot,so this is from Wikipedia: ''The film takes place in pre-1997, before Hong Kong's handover to Mainland China. For years, Ma Jun (Donnie Yen), a serious crime detective sergeant has been working on a case involving a Triad of three Vietnamese brothers; Archer ,Tony and Tiger . Ma has planted a mole, his partner Wilson , to infiltrate the gang. Wilson has managed to gain the trio's trust and respect, but the two cops hardly get along. During a police sting operation gone wrong, Tony and Tiger discover Wilson's identity, with Archer being arrested by police. The two brothers vow to save their brother by destroying evidence and killing police officials and witnesses who are involved in the case.'' In this movie you will see some of the finest martial arts action ever put on celluloid and very well directed shooting scene, that would make gay monkey scream for some pussy. It should be mentioned that the action really starts at the last thirty minutes of the movie, but when it starts you won't be dissapointet . Trailer: www.youtube.com/watch?v=721UrRYkp7kGive it a shot, it's good flick!

Yeah, Donnie isn't as well known as Jackie Chan or Jet Li,but in the recent years his popularity has risen and many believe(me included),that he's the best thing in Hong Kong action cinema at the moment. He's been in a couple of American movies,he was in Blade 2 and Highlander:Endgame, so nothing too major ;D Donnie is now 44,he's more famous than ever and his movies are just getting better. It's usually the other way around, isn't it ? ;D Oh,you should check out Sha Po Lang(Kill Zone) as well. It's REALLY good flick and my personal favorite Donnie Yen movie.

One of the reasons why I love this film aside from the action and Donnie Yen, is that before that many were always saying that no matter how hard they try, Mixed Martial Arts will always be boring on film. Well Donnie proved them wrong, mix old fashioned HK action with MMA techniques and you've got a kicka$$ movie like Flash Point.

Yeah,Donnie made MMA work beutifully in Flash Point and I hope he uses them in the future too. Welcome to the board

Is Never Back Down that gay movie that came out earlier this year? What a lame title. If it was Never Back Down starring Jean-Claude Van Damme & was released in 1988, it'd be ok.

Well, what do you think of Flash Point? Some say MMA doesn't have a place in Fighting Action movies, well I think they do if done right as proven by Mr. Yen.
