Thought I'd start a thread for random movie news, rumours etc. that folk want to mention. Christian Bale "to make three Terminators", though it's not discussed what he's going to make them from. Scrap metal? Cardboard? Play-dough? Who knows. news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/7411013.stmI'm not sure what to make of this. I really like Christian Bale, he's a rare breed that is a fucking good actor and can convince in an action-man role...but to be honest I'm extremely apathetic to the idea of a new Terminator trilogy, especially when the director attached is the guy who directed Charlie's Angels

My feelings are mixed about the new Terminator movie. Bale being in it as Connor is a definite plus but McG directing it really makes me wonder. McG is a piece of shit that needs to go back to directing Korn & Sugar Ray videos.

Fingers crossed 'McG' dies before he gets his hands anywhere near that.
McG?
Unless it's short for MacGyver he can get tae fuck.

I hope someone run`s over McG soon, you could`t pay me to watch that crap and Christian Bale should know better.
For me, The Terminator franchise ended in 1991.

I'm ready for it, just as long as it isn't family-friendly garbage like the bulk of Murphy's recent movies. To be honest, I trust Ratner. I loved Money Talks, even if that was over ten years ago. I just hope it's not PG-13 and filled with good action like in the second BHC.

Not a fan of Ratner but then I'm not really a fan of Martin Brest or Tony Scott either and I loved the first two so who knows? Include Taggart and Rosewood (and possibly Jeffery) or don't bother!

Guess what? Another one of these(Scary Movie 1-4, Epic Movie, Date Movie, Meet the Spartans, etc) movies. "Disaster Movie" former.imdb.com/title/tt1213644/The low end of cinema. I'll admit that I thought the first Scary Movie was kind of funny & a few parts of the second Scary Movie were funny. But yeah, it'd be nice if this shit stopped.

So what, they're now going to be satirising old disaster movies from the 70s? I guess Carmen Electra is glad to get the work though.

Carmen Electra (Even at 36) is still one of the hottest babes on the planet. May have to see it just for that reason.
Beverly Hills 4 looks like it will be absolutely terrible. Why does Hollywood keep doing this? I'll give them a little credit for the new Die hard cuz I thought that would suck with a PG-13 rating and I actually thought it was pretty good, but this just sounds awful.
Do it right or don't do it at all.

So much for me wanting to see Beverly Hills Cop 4--Ratner can screw off. On lighter news, Lionsgate is set for making the third Transporter movies, which means it might have a chance at being rated R. www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=45604

I had that same expression watching the Detroit Red Wings lose Game 5. Your expression after the next game? Since we're talking about hockey, here's a funny one:
