There are two versions of the Scarface soundtrack, I downloaded a version a few years ago, and the songs were the same as what you hear in the film, where as the version I purchased they were remastered and tweaked. Dance Dance Dance is awesome!

Lately I have been almost addicted to some of the songs from Michael Manns, "Manhunter". Especially the Michel Rubini song called "Grahams Theme", that kinda reminds you of "Comfortably Numb" by Pink Floyd.
Anyhow it is often played in different parts in the movie, but most often in important scenes, where Will Graham has to decide what he will do next.
There is an Blade Runner feel to it, but also lots of nods to both style and sound of Miami Vice.
Shriekback dominates the soundtrack with 3 songs, Coelocanth, The Big Hush and Evaporation. All of them are great, but i think that the use of Evaporation where Will goes snuffing around the backside of a house, where Dolarhyde had been visiting earlier on, is very powerful.
"You Watched them all day long didn't you? You son of a bitch!"
It frustrates me that the Manhunter soundtrack still today do not get any official release.
