I haven't seen this film in a long time, but I remember it being a whole lotta fun, although the script could have been better. Jack Bauer and Chavez Y Chavez made a great team as they searched for a sacred spear and cracked wise. There were some amazing shootouts, a few scraps and a chaos-filled downtown car chase in which most of the Philadelphia police go after Kiefer Sutherland. Great closing tune by Bryan Adams, too. A cheesey, but classy '80s actioner. A friend of mine snuck in to see it when he was 14.

Man, i remember this movie too, Ive seen it a few times on t.v, i know it hasn't had a u.k DVD release, maybe ill pick it up on R1 or VHS one day. Kieffer and Lou are pretty cool, especially in young guns BBC1 showed it a few times in the '90s and I got someone to tape it for me off Sky in '97. This was the uncut version. Auntie Beeb, as usual, cut out all the F-bombs dropped by Kiefer and others in the film, plus the bit where he tells that store manager to fuck off and says that he's making a citizen's arrest. ;D Yeah, Young Guns was cool, too. The sequel was a good actioner with a more professional score. BTW here's a few good clips of the film. Here's the closing number by Bryan Adams.
