I'm sure that he'll throw in some corpse fucking, skull fucking, his wife, & other things to ruin the movie. Daniel Bernhardt should play JCVD's son.

I'll believe it when I see it. He's been trying to make a Bloodsport sequel for more than half a decade now.

Perhaps Sandra Bernhardt could also play his son. I think they should find the same actor that played young Dux in the original. I guarantee that guy needs work if he isn't already pushing up daisies.

I think all of us would love to see Bolo back, but hes 70 years old now so i doubt it. It would be very cool though if he was younger.

I believe Van Damme can do this. I remember he had a movie called Kumite in the works a while back which never happened, but I don't remember if that was actually supposed to be a sequel to Bloodsport or if it just shared the Kumite theme.
The difference now though is that Van Damme actually has somewhat of a hit on his hands with JCVD. I mean the movie actually played in theaters! That alone is a pretty good feat for any of these awesome action stars. I think that serious turn playing himself has really given a jolt to his career.
Plus Hollywood is already on a remake/reboot/re-imagining kick with every franchise ever so why not add Bloodsport to the list? I think he will definitely pull this one off its just whether or not it makes it to theaters that is the question.

KUMITE was unrelated to BLOODSPORT. The BLOODSPORT sequel rights were held by Daniel Bernhardt and his partners until recently but couldn't pull off making another one although they had a big budget and even approached Jason Statham for it.

This would be the greatest sequel of all time if they get Chuck Norris to be the bad guy. Norris vs. Van Damme!
