I haven't seen anything about this topic yet, if I'm wrong let me know. I want to know about some cheesy movie theme songs that I don't know or have forgotten about. This can include opening songs as well as ending credit songs. It doesn't necessarily have to be directly related to the title, it could be just one you're happy to hear when the credits roll. The obvious choice here would be "We Fight For Love", so I'm gonna dismiss that one right away because it's obviously the greatest. The first one that comes to mind for me would be "Winner Takes it All" by Sammy Hagar from Over the Top. I haven't seen it in a while but I believe it's at the end credits. www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PuUflTcJzAHonorable mentions would be: Class of Nuke 'Em High.........Part 2!!!!Alice Cooper-"He's Back" from FT13TH part VI (so cheesy) I'm not really looking for the more famous ones...(Karate Kid)(Top Gun), but the more obscure ones. I want to make a compilation of the greatest (or worst) movie songs ever. .........Oh yeah, you gotta watch that Hagar Video. The combination of Stallone arm wrestling and Sammy riding a bike down the Vegas strip is priceless. Over the Top!!!

As a rule any film which has Stan Bush on the soundtrack is full of them.

That song about heroes at the end of Kickboxer is pretty fucking atrocious.
If Manowar were to ever grace a soundtrack with their dudetastic presence, it would be both the cheesiest and most-metal thing ever.

By far the cheesiest theme is from Rambo First Blood Part II's ending song, "Peace in Our Life". A satisfying song to hear after Rambo slaughters the entire Vietcong Army. www.youtube.com/watch?v=H256TIOMQhc

"Voice Of America's Sons" by John Cafferty from Cobra is fucking motivating. "Living After Death" by Al Festa from Zombie 4: After Death is one of the most overlooked, insane songs ever produced. Also, "Where's The Fire" from The Wraith is not to be neglected.

I think the opening song to "Transylvania 6-5000" (1985) does fit well into the category of "Cheesy movie themes", but i dont have a clue who actually sings it, or if there ever was a proper album release of the soundtrack. But when it comes to real cheese, nobody does it better than Steve parson. As of today, i do consider Steve Parsons "Howling 2" soundtrack as one of the best film scores ever to have been made. Steve Parsons - Howling Club Mix. The song that at least can be heard 10 or 15 times troughout the movie www.youtube.com/watch?v=PhZ9uAPiI_8&feature=relatedAnother Steve Parsons Classic "Lovers Sacrifice", could also be heard more than once in the movie www.youtube.com/watch?v=SMtmoKxasik&feature=related

Bruce Smeaton's ending credits/main theme song, in the Steve Martin romantic comedy, Roxanne (1987), is pure perfection. Nice catchy tune, with the lovely sound of a sax.

"Living After Death" by Al Festa from Zombie 4: After Death is one of the most overlooked, insane songs ever produced. Watched both Zombi 4 and Zombi 5 in April and enjoyed them much more than I probably should have and this fine piece of music by Al Festa got me right away from the very beginning. Catchy and with a fine dose of classic feel-good cheese, sadly most action/horror-b-movies these days no longer feature this kind of music anymore. Faceless (1987) by Jess Franco is one of those cheesy but great horror films that seems to have only one songs that goes for repeat button throughout the movie. Very George Michaelish in sound but over time it does provide a great vibe for the film and its characters. Aenigma (1987) another italian horror flick also packs a pretty catchy and cheesy ballad which gets played dozens of times throughout the films runtime. And let's not forget the classic love ballad Is This Love by Race used several times in The Toxic Avenger (1984)
